Introduction to Business Analysis
6:00 PM to 8:30 PM each night
How do you get started with business analysis?
This class is targeted at
- new grads
- people making a career change to business analysis
- PMs, managers, scrum masters, developers, etc. who have to figure out how to write requirements
This five hour class will give you a starting point on how to capture requirements for programs that are heavily waterfall, completely agile, and everything in between. This class will take the theory of requirements documentation from the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge and expand on it using practical case studies based on the instructor's career.
