DIY: Usability Testing for BAs

Highmark
120 Fifth Avenue Place
Pittsburgh, PA 15222

There is no need to wait to do user experience work. You can conduct a usability test with minimal training - regardless of your budget size, space availability or training.

During this meeting you will learn how to get a quick start on usability testing with small, iterative steps. We'll go into details on planning the sessions, conducting them and advice will be provided on sharing what you learn with your team and leadership.
