Jean Marie is also the founder of Service Design Pittsburgh, a professional organization focused on the strategic design discipline of optimizing how people and businesses interact to achieve their respective desired outcomes.

A dual Masters degree holder from Carnegie Mellon University with a M.B.A. from the Tepper School of Business and a M.A. in Design from the School of Design, Jean Marie brings over 15 years of experience innovating and driving organizational effectiveness across the value chain in technology and regulated environments.
