March 13, 2017 Chapter Meeting
Effective Focus Groups
Highmark
120 Fifth Avenue Place
Pittsburgh, PA 15222
Join us as we review how to use this BABOK technique to discover what stakeholders are thinking and how customers measure a product's success. Sitting down with a group of people to learn what they think and how they feel sounds simple, but it isn’t. A well thought-out, planned, and executed series of Focus Groups can help you learn how stakeholders feel as well as how strongly they may be feeling on a specific subject. When it’s done right you can create a baseline against which you can measure your solution’s effectiveness.
