Scaled Agile Requirements: What, When & How

No matter what software development life-cycle (SDLC) is used to support development in your organization (waterfall, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.), they are each still driven by requirements. This presentation explores the what, when and how of scaled agile requirements and how they can support any life-cycle you choose.

Kim Hardy has a BS in Computer Science, a MS in Systems Design and over 25 years of SDLC experience. Including; programmer, software architect, systems analyst, business analyst, project manager, process engineer, and scrum master. She has experienced it all, and loved it all. Now as an agile coach, she mentors others to love what they do.

Her favorite quote:

At the core, I believe Agile Methodologists are really about ‘mushy’ stuff… about delivering good products to customers by operating in an environment that does more than talk about ‘people as our most important asset’ but actually ‘acts’ as if people were the most important, and lose the word ‘asset’.” - Jim Highsmith on the History of the Agile Manifesto.

Kim is also Chief Product Owner for the People First Empowerment Platform - Even though processes & tools are important ... the People First Empowerment Platform is the only one that values people and their interactions more.
