FRENEMIES:
Agile vs. Business Analysis

Monday, February 8, 2021
6:00 - 7:30 PM Eastern
via Zoom

Join us for our next panel discussion in our Frenemies series when we hold a joint session with PittAgile. Our panel will discuss the challenges of capturing requirements in an Agile world, including their experience with what has worked and what hasn’t.

Requirements gathered by Business Analysts take different forms and the delivery of requirements is shaped by the organization.  Agile has changed the landscape again.

  • What is the role of a BA in this process?
  • How do his/her skills apply in this new world?
  • Has the requirements gathering process changed?
  • What form do requirements now take?
  • How are requirements documented and relayed?
  • What do the consumers of these requirements expect?

Join the panel discussion to see how tools and skills can be applied in these changing times.

This meeting will be a joint event with Pitt Agile.
