Communication is a huge part of any change management effort.
But what are the best ways to communicate to create lasting, meaningful change?
In this 60 minute presentation we'll discuss the difference between changing an individual's behavior and changing a group's behavior. Then I'll show you how to structure messages and deliver them in appropriate communication channels in a way that is engaging and memorable.
