Debunking Agile Myths

and

Annual General Meeting + Elections

Highmark
120 Fifth Avenue Place
Pittsburgh, PA 15222

What is the true nature of Agile?  Many companies are going through the process of integrating Agile into their project methodologies, but most are having problems.  Some are even abandoning the effort!  What is behind these difficulties?  In many cases, we believe that they are rooted in basic misunderstandings of what Agile is really about.

In this presentation we will look at Agile myths, things that are often thought to be true but in fact are not.  Agile is a wonderful thing that can bring great value, but if the foundational elements are misunderstood from the beginning, it is going to be very hard to get any value out of it.
